請求項１の『アーム及び/又はヒンジ』という記載からは、基板にヒンジのみが設けられた態様も本願発明に含まれると解釈されるが、発明の詳細な説明には基板にアームとヒンジとが共に設けられた態様、及びアームのみが設けられた態様は記載されているが、ヒンジのみが設けられた態様は記載されていない。従って、請求項１の記載は発明の詳細な説明の記載と整合しない。
