いわゆる拡大先願の規定による拒絶理由２について、「仮に補正により現行請求項１を明細書に記載のいずれの実施例レベルまで限定したとしても解消しない」との審査官殿のご見解には承服できませんので、以下の通り意見を申し述べます。
